Everyone has a great time on our training cruises. Here are some of the
comments made by past students . Scott from

Excellent instructor and great environment. Technology actually works; in
many classrooms technology is old and poorly functioning. All works well
here. Provides comfortable atmosphere to learn in. Fosters learning.

Excellent atmosphere!
Instructor is very personable. Easy to get along with so asking questions
didn't make you feel uncomfortable.
The cruise/class was great. The atmosphere provided a great place to
network with other NetWare professionals in a way that a regular class would
not. The environment was extremely comfortable so questions and comments
came easily. The course was a bargain even without the cruise. The
fact that the cruise was basically thrown in for free was awesome! The
remoteness of the cruise was also nice to eliminate the distractions of pagers
and cell phones!
Feel free to have anyone contact me if they want my opinion
(recommendation)!!

I thought the course was very good. The instructor obviously has a strong
knowledge of all the topics discussed. The knowledge I gained from this
course will definitely help me with my server administration responsibilities.
Having the training on a cruise ship is a great idea. It is a relaxing
environment. Being away from the office and home made it better to
concentrate on the training.
Jeremy from Columbus, OH said:
The concept of training on a cruise ship worked out very well. The
instructor's personal experience added a great deal to the training.
Instructor has excellent understanding of the material and presentation skills.
I would highly recommend this instructor and environment (training on a cruise)
to others.
Todd from Rocklin, CA said:
The lab exercises were very good. Gave ample opportunity to practice what
we learned. (Instructor was) very knowledgeable and likeable. Worked
well with students and answered all questions. Provided much insight to
NDS.
This class is well worth the time and money spent. The lab exercises
provide more than ample opportunity to practice the course objectives. The
course will provide an insight into NDS that will definitely help you
troubleshoot your Directory.

A knowledgeable instructor with good teaching and presentation skills.
Might have missed this course because it sounded too good to be true.
It was everything promised. The course material was well presented.
The focus of the course was never lost while leaving time for shipboard and
shore activities. I learned a lot in class and had fun while doing it.
I would highly recommend future courses/cruises with Frank. Both my wife
and I had the most enjoyable time.
Chris from NJ said:
Everything was great. Frank did a great job with the course.
Scott from Bartley, NJ said:
Great idea. Would like to see more of these creative ideas.
Maria from Baltimore, MD said:
Comfortable atmosphere and surroundings. Food and services close by.
Equipment worked better in this class than in any other I've ever taken.
Most knowledgeable and best organized instructor I've ever had.

The cruise environment was an odd idea at first, but it ended up being a great
idea. Joe from Framingham, MA said:
Loved the cruise. The whole idea worked very well. Very well
organized. John from Cambridge, MA said:
The most impressive part of the course is in the clarity of the
presentation by the instructor. His preparation for the class and his
preparation of the PCs we used in class was superb. Any other classes I
have taken pale by comparison.
Frank took loads of time to field questions and give explanations. This is
quite different from my experience in other classes.
Paul from Framingham, MA said:
The course was well run and the classroom environment was well set up.
Frank has a depth of subject knowledge, and an easy going manner, making for an
excellent course.
Considering you get a top notch 40 hour NetWare course, and a fantastic cruise
experience all for the cost of a typical 1 week course, it should be an easy
sell for your manager to approve the class. I hope to come back next year.
Paul from Berkshire, United Kingdom said:
I would never have thought that a cruise liner could be such a conducive
environment for training. IT WORKS! and it works very well. Do
not be fooled however, this is not a jolly. (Editor's note: If you are not
familiar with the term, "not a jolly" means that the cruise is not a
boondoggle...you take a course and work hard during the class.)
Glenn from Elyria, OH said:
The cruise provided an excellent environment for learning with few
interruptions.
Eric from Paris, France said:
How can I say "It is on a CRUISE !!!! and was the most coolest course".
Everything was great in this course; the material, the instructor, the cruise.
I will be there for next training cruise. Thanks a lot.

Miles from the ordinary.
Cheryl from Cornelius, OR said:
This was a very good format for learning. I learned as much or more
in this format than I have in more traditional formats and had the added benefit
of being on a cruise. It also allowed for more interaction with other
attendees. I would definitely recommend this course format to others.
The accommodation of the instructor and his family during times when
activities were not available for my granddaughter was very appreciated and much
more than expected.
I liked the format of using VM to be able to work on each exercise
independently. The exercises were easy to follow and repeatable. The
reference material will be useful even after the course is completed |
