What makes a great instructor?  We feel that it takes excellent technical knowledge with field experience, as well as superb presentation and people skills.  Full time instructors do not have the experience necessary to add value to the course material and many technicians lack the presentation skills necessary to effectively teach.

We use only those instructors who do possess both skill sets, and that is proven by our consistently high evaluation scores and student satisfaction.

We offer three types of training.

• Authorized Training
  Authorized Training involves standard courseware that is prepared by the software vendor.  Novell authorized courses are well prepared and must be taught by highly qualified Certified Novell Instructors (CNI).  The courses must also be offered by a Novell Training Service Partner (NTSP) to ensure high standards of the company itself.  We have obtained NTSP certification so that you can get this type of training directly from our expert personnel.
  
  We can enroll you in a scheduled class or set up a private class according to your schedule.  Private classes can be arranged for as few as 3 students.
  
  We also have provided authorized training in new and exciting ways, like our Novell Training Cruises.
   

• Custom Training
  Our custom courses are not "canned".  We start with a basic curriculum, but design the course around your employees, your system, and your processes. This involves a site survey of your company and personnel to determine what fits your needs best. The result is a customized course which will be informative, exciting, and useful.  All classes are held at your facilities with your equipment so the trainees learn in a familiar environment and can practice immediately! We even allow you to videotape the course for later refresher sessions by the attendees. The goal is to provide the student with pertinent information at the proper skill level so that the information can be readily absorbed.
   
• Self Study PLUS
  For those that need the most economical solution possible, order a Self Study Kit and learn at your own pace.  We offer the lowest price available on all Novell Self Study Kits.  Add a CyberExam test preparation package and you'll be ready for your certification exam.  Another great value is to combine a Self Study Kit with our CNI consultation packages.  This allows you to study on your own, and still have the ability to ask questions of a Certified Novell Instructor.
