Our network experts will design and install a network at your company, from a small (2 to 5 person) workgroup solution to a nation-wide multi-site Wide Area Network. We have all the right tools to set you up with exactly what you need. We support all the major desktop operating systems and Novell Operating Systems (NetWare 3.x to NetWare 6, and Novell Small Business Suite). Your personnel may get involved as little or as much as you choose (from no involvement turn-key installation to full hands-on installation with complete training program). Our goal is always to meet your needs, in a flexible and cooperative environment between us and your personnel.

Installation

Installing a network is one of those tasks that when done correctly can become one of the most important milestones for your business. However, if done incorrectly it could lead to the biggest headaches you'll ever experience, as well as a tremendous waste of time and money. Let us design and install your network CORRECTLY.

Our network engineers will survey your sites, interview your management and personnel, and examine your business processes. They will then provide you with a detailed proposal specifying cable installation, server configuration, workstation configuration, backup systems, disaster recovery plans, installation schedule, software, and training plans.

We will provide as many or as few services as you specify. We can do as little as just consulting on the network configuration plan, or as much as the entire job. If you have personnel who will be handling network administration, we will get them involved during all phases and provide them with training. This can be on the job hands-on training (our preference) or certified classroom training. Optionally, we can provide all network administration and technical support after installation.

Configuration

In a totally new installation, we will use the hardware and software that best fits your needs. In environments where you may have some installed systems, we will make the best possible use of it where possible.  We do not sell servers, so our recommendations are not driven by profit motive, but rather by your actual networking needs.  On the workstations, we work with DOS (yes there still is some DOS out there), Windows 95/98, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP, and OS/2.  On the servers we work with any version of NetWare as well as Novell Small Business Suite.

We will integrate any necessary Windows 2000 or NT servers in to your Novell environment using eDirectory.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

We will provide you with maintenance, administration, and troubleshooting assistance on any network (whether it was installed by us or not). Agreements are available on either a per-incident or set fee basis. Levels of support range from phone support only, all the way to full time on-site personnel.
